Ive got a Net gear WNDR3300 RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Router, wondering if I can somehow get it over 54 MBps?

With wireless n can, theoretically, transfer up to 360Mbps (45MBps) of data while wireless g can, theoretically, transfer up to 54Mbps (6.87MBps) of data.
The issue is moot, however, when your transfer speeds will never come anywhere close to 54Mbps if you're connecting to an external network with a consumer connection.

dual band has like 600mbps cap.
Also keep in mind that your hardware (network card) needs to be fast too for you to get a grejt speed.
