My Anti-spyware picked it up as a rogue. It's in c:\windows\system32\drivers
Is it fine to get rid of?

most likely a false positive because the filesize is so small. (around 4 kb)
Everyone knows that viruses are small, so small files have to be viruses. (at least that's what some av's think...)
anyhow, just make sure it's the proper file. (not sure how, perhaps you can find it packed inside an archive on your install cd)

No biggie anymore... had to reformat to a nasty ass virus.
Shit disabled my internet, disabled system restore, disabled copy paste (drag and drop), disabled everything. I could barely open a file.
