The yellow teeth are caused by decay of the enamel, which eventually gets so thin that you can see through the crowns and see the inside dentine or however the fuck you spell it, which happens to be yellow. That's the shit you feel tooth pain with. Buncha nerves an' shit ya know nigga?

Probably just an irritation. Happens a lot if you chew on crunchy shit, it can damage the gums lining your teeth.
If it's your upper molars, then it could be a sinus infection.
