I did this the other day. Guess how I found out? Google.
Download the Sixaxis Drivers (for the PS3 controller) and XPadder. You should be able to figure everything else out yourself.

You don't need to do that. With XPadder, you register all the buttons and the two analog sticks into it, and you assign a key to each button. You'll see when you install it.
