If you put it in a black bg, ull see some white parts. but this is the best i could. _________________

Use this, but select the pixels and contract by 1px.
Should be pretty good.
I'd do this properly, but I'm busy atm.

how do u contract the pixels?

Ctrl + Click the layer of the image -> Select -> Modify -> Contract.
