open the console i think by preesing ~
type there sv_cheats 101
here are the cheats(type this in the console)
god 1 [for god mode]
give (any item) ex. give rifle
sv_infinite_ammo 1 unlimited ammo
z_spawn (name of monster here) [spawns any monster you want
ex. z_spawn tank

Yeah i know it's basic console jsut for some guys who don't know.

Get Metamod and Sourcemod, then you can use cheats and still get achievements.

Another one of my L4D posts, has my code for the cheat un-block.

IMO, buddha is better than the god cheat.
