If you are expecting to play this on a DVD player/on your TV.
Stop now, get into your car. Drive down to your local computer-type shop. Purchase DVDs (not CDs), and we wil go from there.

Your standard DVD Burner Costs $20...
DVD Blank disc's are like $0.50 depending on brand/country etc...
Why bother CD's anymore when you can get a DVD, garante it'll work and have freedom of a much larger amount of space...

Actually, a lot of the more recent DVD players being made are compatible with DivX/Xvid. A 700MB movie encoded with either of the two codecs will play fine assuming the DVD player supports it.
If you're burning it to a CD with the intention of watching it on your computer, sure, there aren't any real obstacles that would prevent you from doing this.
