The only vectoring program iv came across that is vector is InkScape. (excluding adobe products)
And wondering is there any other good vectoring software?

A vector is geometrical primatives, based on mathematical equations to represent images in computer graphics.

Without the C+P and what most people see it as:
If an image is vectorized you can resize it to a much larger scale and it wouldn't loose any quality.

You can try AutoCAD, um... or Blender. I knew some more, but since I had no use for them I forgot about most of them.

AutoCAD is usually used for 2D but is completely irrelevant to the topic.
