->How much does the plan cost for an iPhone?

->Is it true, once you put in your Cingular Sim Card from a diff` phone into an iPhone, you will be charged $20 for data?

->If you jailbreak your iPhone, put a T-Mobile sim card on it, will you be charged for data?

->If question 3 is possible, then how will you connect to the internet? Through 3G, or Wifi from your house?

When you buy the package it is a data package.
Cost about 35.00 extra.

Jail break isn't all that great unless you want to spice up the look of your phone.
The update to the 3g phone firmware to 3.0 can be tricked to enable Internet tethering. Which honestly is the only real reason to jail break.

As far as getting data charges, well it is possible you could get extra charges for data usage using tethering. Switching the sim like your talking about, I'm not too certain.
