Graphics card model: NVIDIA GeForce4 MX Integrated GPU

You're using your onboard GPU - your machine would have to support adding an "external" card (External, in this case, meaning not integrated in the motherboard - it would still be in the machine).

Hardware is hardware - there is no program to replace phyiscal hardware; there are some things you can do to optimize your machine, but, graphics cards usually can only be OC'd at best (Having an integrated GPU, I wouldn't consider that a viable option).

You'll have to fork out cash for a new graphics card.

you don't know what the fuck your talking about because that almost made no sense. External card? It's either integrated or dedicated. You cannot change an integrated card since it is integrated with the motherboard (of course you can add more cards and dissable the first, unless your on a laptop). Dedicated means it is a seperate component and new cards can be removed/added. You cannot OC an integrated card as they are most likely sealed off by the manufacturer. Anyways, I would never reccomend OCing as it will eventually cause problems in the long run. I too suggest that you buy a new card.

Integrated cards are horrible for gaming. Either get a new card and disable the integrated or buy a new computer entirely as you suggested

Which just so happen to be shit at gaming, the problem you're tying to remedy. Makes sense, doesn't it?
