Ehm can't you just try to re-upload the avatar?
Would of been faster than to wait for a mod/admin to post here.

Ah I see, your avatar is still http://img120.imageshack.us/img120/5716/ava222ny6copyxk1.jpg (view this pages source code), but imageshack.us is giving a 404.

So it's not a cheatforum bug, because they are still correct in trying to display your avatar URL. But imageschack is not correct in locating the picture.

Only option is trying to get the picture back from browser cache and re-uploading it to other imageserver.
