Hey i wonder why cheat engine skips like half of addresses and doesn't scan them?

Just untick the option for aligned memory only, and untick the option for static base addresses, then you'll get all.

aligned memory means only use pointers and offsets that can be divided by 4(that's what a scan with fastscan on does as well)
static base means that the base address has to reside on a static address

Of course, the pointers you get then will probably be not very useful.
