For some reason I can't have program installed or else my internet won't work. I tried disabling nod32 filtering and even the whole firewall but that doesn't work. The only way to restore my connection is to uninstall either program. Explanations?

there's no hardware interference causing his problem, and i highly doubt it'd be a virus when it's obvious that the two programs are colliding.
my guess is that it's a clash between the programs' drivers/firewalls, but that isn't too helpful.
