it works perfect if I dont screw in the motherboard
I am very gentle so it cant be that the screws are in too much

like are there any wires touching the screws, or are they poking out and touching anything they shouldn't be?

i'm not sure then, all i could think of without a picture is that the screws are causing your motherboard to short out with the case.

Which kind of screws should I be using?
I am using the ones that came with the case but
there were 3 kinds, golden short and a bit long
maybe you can get me a picture of what screw to use ?

try just screwing your screws in just until they go in a little and hold the case in place, but still that the top part sticking out doesn't hit anything. if that works then your screws are probably too long and hitting something when they're fully screwed in.

Hmm I did what you said but same problem
but then I only put in the bottom 3 screws not fully in just a bit
and then it starts up...

well then one of your screws are touching something it shouldn't be, and i guess you could use trial and error to find that one.
