This is what I hate about people who can't properly describe anything. You get impolite and wonder why people don't get what you want.

Google "scanlines", or look around the (currently) measly 2 pages worth of the Art section for a tut on them.

the lines are scanlines,and you have to find the font used,then stroke it in white
