Hey, i downloaded the redox packet editor but i dont like it so i tried to delete it and i cant delete the rPE.dll for some reason it says that it cannot be deleted cause either the disk is full or the thing is still in use and im sure it isnt on wtf why wont it delete Sad

cause it's in use probably. Or your AV maybe froze it so it won't function and it's in use. I donno tbh but restart windows, don't launch any programs and try deleting it or renaming it.
