I'm on a Dell Inspiron E1405 and I'm trying to do an MSN call to someone, but it keeps saying I don't have a sound card selected. But the only sound I have is coming from the intergrated sound system in the laptop already.

Does anyone know how to select a sound card even though you only have one??

Tools > Audio and video setup > select your microphone card.
