Granted this is not really about "Game Hacking" but it does have to do with memory scanning. If this topic needs to be moved, im sorry for posting in the wrong spot.
Here is my problem:
Every time i open InDesign i have to change a setting from a dropdown menu which has gotten rather annoying. My question is: Is there a way to find the value of the combo box in memory and change it like that (with the premise of writing a program to do this for me).
Basically what i have so for is i found where all the items in the combination box are located i just have no idea to change the current value of the combination box to the new value that i want it to be. Is there a way to find the value of the combination box in memory or set a register equal to the value that i desire?
PS. If anyone has InDesign the setting i am trying to change is in File -> Place -> Show Import Options and it is under the comboBox "Crop to:".
Thanks!
