Recover DS Games from my SD

Well.... the thing is, i have an R4 for my DS , i was playing and turned off my console, when i wanted to play again, i got an error about my SD card.

When i inserted the SD to the PC it said the card wasnt formated and asked me to format it, i didnt do it yet, i have tried a lot of programs for recover my games, but i cant find one, and some programs cant even read the SD card.



So...D you know any program that can recover my files and put them in order?
Tell me some names or post them pls
