i saw a video on youtube and this guy had windows vista and his side bar was on the top of the screen anyone know how to do this?

and there is no options enabling you to move the tack bar to the top of the screen

right click task bar then make sure the Lock The Taskbar option is unchecked. now just drag it any area in ur monitor

offtopic but kind of funny

I went to my other computer to try and see if I could move the sidebar but I realised I had windows 7 and it has no sidebar. =O

after some googling I found that you can only move it to the left or to the right not on the top or bottom
