getting error 0x80000003

When running applications they tend to crash after several minutes (time varies) then windows (7) tells me theres an error 0x80000003. After googleing it I found out that it was fixed after several service packs in NT 4.0, but does anybody know what to do to fix it?

Mostly games, like fable the lost chapters (seems to be mostly caused when watching the skills to lvl up), lotr conquest, warcraft 3, jade empire SE, guild wars, wow, supreme commander and farcry 2 so far.
