Im planning on getting the UV Sata Cables, How many do I generally need for my computer? (Including GFX card)

Sata you should only need 1 for each hard drive and possibly 1 for your DVD drive. No more than that.

I.E If you have 2 hard drives and 1 DVD drive, 3 should be plenty.

SATA cables are only used for harddrives and cd/dvd drives like Frost said.

Most of the time, they're included in retail box motherboards, HDDs, and optical drives. You usually don't need to buy them.

He mentioned he was buying UV reactive cables, which usually do not come with motherboards or drives.

Same. My mobo came with a lot, at least more than I'll use.
