Yea... Slovach is right 12gb is overkill, nothing really can use like the potential in that. I say if you really need it AT LEAST cut the ram in half and seriously get something good for that graphics card.

Lawd.
For that price, you could get, at the very least:
i7 920 ($280)
6GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM ($110)
GTX 285 (Even though you'd be better off waiting until the newer DirectX 11 video cards are out) ($340))
750W Corsair PSU ($110)
1TB HDD ($100)
Noctua NH-U12P ($77)
A decent case (Antec 900, CM 690, etc) ($80+)
DVD burner ($20)
Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD4P ($270)
Seeing as what you posted includes peripherals, add:
22" monitor ($160-300+, depending on quality)
Logitech G15 ($77)
A good quality mouse that you like ($40-80 usually)
What you posted could be built for around $1200 or so, if even. Water cooling is gimmicky seeing as how good air coolers have become. GTS 250s are just re-branded 9800 GTX+s. If you're spending that much, at least make it not suck.
