| Ok so this guy requested me to write an application, and now he is disputing on Paypal... Do I have the right not to give him his money back, due to the fact that I gave him the source & binary?

He got exactly what he paid for. And you cant exactly say "Ok you can have your money back if you delete the files".

| Exactly, he could be lying saying he deleted the files...etc. So he can't be liable for a refund, correct?

If he haven't actually tried the program or seen screenshots of it before the purchase then it would be strange if he cannot demand to get the money.

Wait, are you stupid? He obviously stated that he recieved both binary and source. Why the hell would he get the money back.

Did you ever give him any inclination that he could get a refund at any point of this (not just during the money exchange)?
