I tried to create code which dc or crash my ems when people scanner rises by 1 or more... Well i didn't succeed about that... Can someone help me with it, There is some kind of code...

here is what you can do:

Just change the appropiate values, so they match to EMS.
BTW, what i just wrote can be assigned to the cheat table, so you just tick the freeze and it will be working
