| [I'm home-alone and hungry. We have some pre-baked croissants but how do I have to put oil on the baking plate before putting them in the oven? Serious answers please.

No, put one of them baking sheets on the plate, generally croisants are supposed to be baked dry, it gives them the nice crunchy and pericular taste.

190°-30 seconds, also stay with the croissants when you have the oven on °190 if their top starts to get brown put it on 140-150°.
