How do I cheat?

ok...when im downloading a file sometimes it comes out as an .efw file....i dont know at that it but when i click a file like than it never runs (works)

do you use CA Security?

EDIT: well you kind of have to. read this and do what it tells you to do. basically your antivirus is interfering with your downloads, possibly because it thinks the files are potentially harmful. i think the files are usually compressed archives (zip, rar, etc).
