I could give a long essay reponse(but im to lazy)
Personally I think they should just kill them on sight.(though it could of been the wrong guy?)
Plus, the process of so many quart appeals then wasting alot of money
for some a-hole who broke the law? Is just idiotic. But, this is for the US
other countrys do crazyier things...

If some guys murdered someone once. No they shuold not kill them.
but if the guy is a frikin cereal killer, a guy that rapes and abuses kids, heck yea we should kill that guy -.-
or we can just put him to jail and preach to him or something...

I guess... but isolation= jail costs so much money and U.S. has more
prisoners then any other country. Cause were just to nice.
And did I forget the MONEY they put into prison!!!
Two of my fav teachers are getting cut since depression is cutting down
money budget.... 
How is the prison a problem you ask? cause thats where they put them
when they're deciding to use DEATH PENALTY!!!

Nope. They have to do trials, find hardcore proof, and it requires EXTENSIVE work into convincing them into doing the Death Penalty. It's not as simple as a few trials, it usually requires years and years (usually 5-15) of trials and research to be qualified for the death penalty. Other factor's also go in to this. Plus, prisons are already their, prisoners don't get good food or water, but it's suffices.

No it doesn't. Also, one trial costs apparent to the Death Trial costs a minimum of $5million dollars
