Is tehre a way i can increase my jumpipnig height?
Even by just an inch or maybe even more?

Start jumping like... absurd amounts of times per day...

Then challenge yourself after you get to... 1000 jumps per day.

ankle weights only make me faster.

But, try wearing under-clothes wieghts bout 15-20 pounders everyday and you will
see amazing progress. Surprised

Go for a long jog. And make sure you strengthen your calves.

Since im in basketball you should you ankle weights while running or doing any other sports that require foot work.

Try googling "increase vertical jump."

You'll find many workouts and programs designed to help increase your jump height, such as this. Two of my friends wanted to do this as well and I know they downloaded/bought some training program that was supposed to work well. I'll ask them what it was when I see them.
