June 3rd. Going to be 18 this year. That means I get to legally buy beer. What I don't get is that you have to be 18 to buy beer and 21 to drink.

Oh shet, thats my birfday too
Also, like the prohibition laws during the 20's? It was illegal to drink or distribute alcohol, but it wasn't illegal to make.

are you serious idk what country let alone state you live in but i am more then sure in the whole united states u half to be 21 to buy and consume and stalk an alcahol shelf i have been to Texas Az new york born and raised cali Washington and new Mexico and they all say you half to be 21 to consume or buy alcohol
