I want my abs but not sure what to do.

I am going to start doing cardio 2 times - 3 times a week ( 1 mile )

mile/rest/mile/rest/mile/rest/rest
^ a 7 day workout

and what healthy foods do i eat ? im plan to do 3-4 meals a day of only fruits and 1 meat serving

If you're just running, that won't do much. Do sit ups/crunches/curl ups.

Crunches are usually harder to do but I think they're a lot better than sit ups and curl ups. A curl up is kind of a wimpy form of a sit up. Also, you can try sit ups on a slanted surface. So instead of doing it flat on the floor, you do it off a ledge so you have to go up a lot further.

wit crunches you can feel it mane and i suggest getting an something like a ab king pro, not to use but to put ur foot were there foot thing is and do crunches like that, i find its more better.


P.S. I also find it funny that ur name is run and u want to do cardio and wondering what to eat? 1. rule - protein. its really good like white eggs, chicken, white meat ( fish ). And you can eat chocolate just not everynight, like 1 once a fortnight thing. cuz once u get ur abs u will think ah i cana eat heaps of junk food now, when no, if u want to eat fruit make sure u eat fruit all the time and 1 meat meal a day all the time, not temporarily

Try some of those protein shakes. You drink them right after you work out though. Put ice, milk, the shake powder, some bananas, and some low fat, high protein peanut butter, blend it, and it tastes REALLY good. You can also do strawberries or w/e

Just make sure you drink them after you work out for the best effect

do 30min of cardio, 6 times a week
lose that tummy fat and BAM theres your abs

Don't go looking for a pill or some thing to improve your abs without effort. Its a waste of time, and could be un-healthy. Just do what I do, and work out every day, not for a long time. Just make sure to do it every day. Give at least 10-15 minutes of hardcore crunches, and sit ups. Do them on your couch. Change it up.
