Im kinda new in photoshop so when i save an image in photoshop for example this one : http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_iUHRjXY-eJk/SWh3QRdL87I/AAAAAAAAAFw/G6WIf6MiVUc/s400/liverpool_logo_transparent.gif and u open it in photoshop and the layer is locked so how i can unlock it? i cant figure it out and i tried changing the name to unlock it still no result :S

If you can't figure this out then I recommend you go back to using MS Paint...

Usually I right click the layer and choose 'make layer from background' or just copy the layer and delete the locked one

This, or right click layer => duplicate layer. Sometimes on GIFs you won't be able to so press Ctrl + A and then Ctrl + C to copy it then press on the File Tab => New Document/Image or w/e => OK on popup => and then Ctrl + V. Don't have ps open but thats how I remember it.
