Okay, so anyways recently i had a Trojan attacked, and also a spyware i believe called- RelevantKnowledge. I believed i had got rid of it because the next day when i booted up computer, the icon on the taskbar(bottom of screen) it was gone. Anyways but i noticed a new icon had appeared. Its called ResearchPermission.


I don't know what that is but i didn't click it cause i don't want it to execute. Anyways the icon keeps on disappearing and reappearing for some reason?

Also on another note somehow my Anti-Virus which is Norton/Symantec AntiVirus picked up a BackDoor.Trojan.



It gets deleted but it keeps coming up and my AntiVirus keep deleting and it repeats. I don't know if its harmful but its being cleaned/deleted. However i just want both the PermissionResearch/BackDoor.Trojan to be off my computer. I know that i can reformat my computer, but i want to know if there is another way. Please Help And thankyou for al who took their time to help
