Well .. If your antivirus finds a trojan, then you're maybe being keylogged :b

There are some anit virus that specifcaly scans for keyloggers.

Download Trojan remover from a warez forum. It will find any spyware and delete it

You could just check your startup programs for anything unusual.
Or, don't be that stupid to get a keylogger in the first place.
