You only need to buy the game and then you don't need to pay monthly.
Also i play Hello Kitty online to lol.
But it's closed now for improvement or something?

I played it before, with 4 lvl 20 pve and then some pvp slots. Don't play it much now.

boring + mainly based on PVP
max level is 20 and you can get up to lv10 in a few hours (2+, idk, i played it long time ago)
