Do all barber shop/hair salons give special haircut services like

hair carving ?

I want to get a heart /left side and a diamond /right side.

you want to go to a barber shop ask if they no how to do designs that's what they call it ask them to show you pics of there other designs see if you think they can do the job and then there you go Cool

Hairdresses do any hair styles, they get paid for Hair cuts, they havta do what they want, Btw my moms a hair dresser.

Hmmm.......
I guess you will have to check with your local barbershop.
Im pretty sure 80% of barbershops do carvings.
I got a fohawk and carvings at the side through 5 different barbershops.
