Hmmm, I log in today, see that the MSS section has appeared, scared the living daylight out of me, so I click it, and this appears:
"Sorry, but only users granted special access can read topics in this forum."
At first I thought it was a bug where everyone could see it, so I log-out: it disappears.
Is this a bug or is it supposed to be like that? =P

It's supposed to make all the people who aren't there (feel) dumb, jk.
It's probably because DB wanted to prove that there IS a locked registration forum, it's just that not everyone fits in. (Try and remember the "forum lock" requests a while ago.)
