Consult your GP as soon as possible. Something like that should be checked up on immediately.

if its big, it might be bad
if its dry,small, and sorta dark, it might just be a wart
either way check up w/a doctor

Just to tell you, you spelled it wrong. It's spelled cyst. And isn't a cyst really noticeable?
