Is there a function that returns the size of a function?

i'm not aware there exists such a trick for any programming language. when i want to find the size of one of my functions though, i will define a label directly after the function then the offset of label - function virtual address = size of function in bytes.

I just used the dumdum method. Put 2 asm codes at the start and end of a functions and count the bytes with cheatengine... Dumdum method but at least it works.
