Im 15 at the moment and i piss myself while playing half life but when i think about it i dont have any reason to be scared but i keep getting afraid.

EDIT: Like when i watch a scary film at my friends house, i say stuff at momments that are scary like "his face is as ugly as you" lol. it really evens the burden instead of jumping out of your skin.

Those games are great.
And I don't know.. maybe work yourself up to more "scary" games from say, Portal (). Just don't go playing any F.E.A.R 2 Project Origin.
