yeah i had a problem with MSN last time, and i found out whats the problem.

i downloaded a shitty add on tool bar called kiwee and somthing in it stopped working so IE stoped working because it had the toolbar and MSN stopped working cos it had its emotions.

so anyways, i go to Start>Control Pannel>Uninstall Programs>Uninstall Kiwee Toolbar and then i click uninstall, it asks for permission, i give permission, and then it just stops uninstalling.

so i heard i need somthing called an "Unlocker" to unlock it or somthing?

i used google but nothing came up.

and if there is an easier away to uninstall it then tell me what.

Do the Adware scan I recommended with Lavasoft Ad-Aware Free. That should get rid of it.
At any rate, Unlocker is a good tool for a great deal of things. Pretty sure this is the official site (correct me if I'm wrong).
Alternatively, try it in safe mode..
