okay, so I got the proxies, but how do I use them? I want it to cover all my internet usage. I tried e-border, but it doesn't work. any ideas? thanks

In Firefox, go Tools > Options > Advanced > Connection > Settings > Automatic Proxy Configuration.

You usually have to configure ALL your programs that you use that access the internet to first go through a proxy... If a program does not support a proxy, but uses the internet... You are shit out of luck! (AFAIK).

There are some COMMERCIAL programs that automatically
make every outgoing request go through a proxy.
Never seen a free one tho..
