wpe pro not working for me

wpe pro is not working for it keeps giving me the same error every time i click on it and it has no icon. well i was thinking it was a bad download so i tried 3 other site and non of other downloads were any better and i made sure my anti virus was NOT on soo any help would be great.

Your Anti-Virus is deleting it, disable and add it to the exception list.

Lol ahh using avg. Wise.

What you should do is open AVG, Click Tools>Advanced Settings.
Go to exceptions and add the folder that wpepro is in. That way you can leave it on and not have any problems.
