its not illogical and its not logical.
like it or not, people need higher beings that give them some form of hope.
also, no religion = higher crime rates.
most religions have a set of moral standards to follow. These moral standards are actually useful to a society.
as for wars, most wars today are caused by powerhungry idiots or political/economical problems.

this was just the basic idea of why religion was made, your definition was moar accurate and was in fact, what I was going to add. It's just the athiests or w/e who are like, "OLOL, I'VE NEVER SEEN GOD, THUS HE DOESN'T EXIST. LOGICAL LOGIC IS LOGICAL." |
