My questions about pointers.
1 - If i make a pointer and save the table, close and restart the game and cheat engine, would the "cheat work" still work?
2 - I don't understand what to do to create a pointer from this.

It might still work, depends on if the address that holds the real address is static.
If it isn't, try doing multilvl pointers.

Thats a flag.
Or you could scroll up a bit and see if there is something else you can use above what you found.

In this case the instruction causing the breakpoint is "rep movsd" (due to the fact that instructions are reported to have accessed an address AFTER it has been executed ce steps back one instructions and focuses on that. but because REP * instructions don't move eip till it has reached the end it'll cause some confusion)
rep movsd is a copy memory region instructions. Generally a useless instruction when trying to find the pointer, but you could try to find out how it gets it's ESI (source) and EDI (destination) registers
See if you can find another instruction (e.g in the game opening/closing some menu's or hovering the mouse over something specific. Just do anything that could make it to get accessed)

You don't happen to be hacking a GameMaker game?
They use a specific way to edit memory because almost ALL variables are stored as doubles (exeptions are data structures and the score-health-lives system. don't remember wich one) the best thing to do is to follow the jump right above the flag instruction, it checks wether or not the variable is below zero (assuming you are editing a standard variable that does not go below zero)
