Let me get you started:

Yeah, you can turn energy to matter and vice versa. They have done it where they shoot a crapload of radiation or something at foil and an electron and a positron comes out the other side, transforming energy to matter.

But Al's E=mc^2 does not mean matter or energy can be created or destroyed. The Laws of Conservation of Energy and Mass still stand. Einstein's formula just means you can turn energy into mass and the other way around as well. But that still doesn't answer the question "How do I exist?" that V-3 posed, if there is no God. He doesn't mean, "What am I made of" or "how did humans come into being" but "where did the matter that we are made of come from in the first place?".

@obidos, that is not at all what I mean. I mean, how do I exist, not how does my body exist.

I am not my body, this can be proven. If I clip my toenails, I do not lose a part of my being. If half of my brain is removed, the other half gains dominance and I still function. If I lose the OTHER half of my brain, the same thing happens. Thus, my brain cannot be the center of my being. I can have organ transplants, lose my skin, or anything else... I would still exist. However, I cannot PROVE that I exist, because none of you can be proven either. I can't prove my existence to a nonexistent being. I think, therefore I am, but I cannot prove that I think. What is thought, if it has no mass, no energy, no way to determine its existence? If I die, how can this be determined? My body can no longer function, but an invalid is still alive. Have I parted with my body, or have I truly died, ceased to exist? But if I never existed in the first place, how is that possible? If God cannot exist as an explanation, (I believe in God and base the answer to all this on Him) how else do you explain the Universe?

I can go on and on, it's not really worth it. You get my point.

On energy, there is a limited amount of energy and mass in the universe. Matter can be converted to energy, and vice-versa, to power machines, etc. So, E=MC(squared) only told a basic (lol, 'basic') formula on representing the amount of energy matter contains. HOWEVER, in this transaction, neither energy or matter is truly lost or created, only transformed. So, I'm asking, how is the universe running down if we have an unlimited supply of mass and energy?

About that there are only theoretics, they want to find out more with this thingy they build that probably will destroy the world (or more).

What i heared (chemistry teacher) there might have beend a very high concentartion on a realy small room, containing matter and anti-matter

Which resultet in an explosion, the parts flying around (only matter, all anti matter reacted with soem of the matter and so we got some energy) go further away from the point it started (moving energy).
Now all the matter parts got gravity (like on these flash games) they fly around get bigger by crashing with other matter what also increases gravity.

Bigger matter concentartions (planets) buidl up sun-systems ba their gravity just sucking each other nearby from everywhere.

Now on one planet there was some (I'll take the chemical short forms cause i dont know enlish names of the elements) N, O, H, C the most important ones
It came up with living things created basicly by the C
These living things eveloped from living in H2O to living in an atmosphere ou of: N (biggest part) and O2 (most important for living)

near this planet there is also a source of energy (sun) build of a high concentration of H fusing H + H = He + energy
but the energy is infra red light (pure heat eneregy) whats not good for these C based creatures they get protected by the O3 (what we are destroying) in there atmosphere
