Any ideas on how to put my tv on AV without the remote?

Either buy a Universal Remote, or if your TV uses the low channels as AV (either before channel 1, or channel 3) then simply flip through the channels using the up and down arrow located on your TV set (Either found on the side of the set, or the bottom front).

Guess I'm gonna have to buy one... I tried a cellphone IR remote but it only changes channels and turn on and off... You don't know any cellphone app that lets me put in av? I have a n80 BTW...
