i finally figured out my cpu problem

A binary code (aka, virus) has been uploaded to a section of my computer
(Ex, Video card) and its working as.. every time this part of the computer is put into use, its shuts it self off (restart)

So... if this is the case 4 me. What do i do to fix it D:
reformat is no good because its IN my computer part.
