You can do all the sit ups in the world and you still wont have flat abs.
You have to lose the fat on top of the abdominal area first.
I think you should do some HIIT. and weight lifting to burn fat. Also, some sit ups.
Don't expect it to work overnight. It will take time and effort.

But that's because I am trained at Chuck Norris' Training Facility and that shit is hard.

You should do these ab exersises:
Stay on your back while moving your full legs up in the air in a 90 degree
motion. Burns like hell.

Yeah skipping works good.
I remember when I was REALLY self conscious about my weight.
And I just skipped for ages without even knowing it and like over a week I started to feel good again.

No. If you want big arms, you do 3 sets of 5 reps of the heaviest weight you can handle.
If you can do 100 reps of something, it's obviously not heavy enough to be stressing the muscle.
Same goes for push-ups, if you can do 100 of them, you should be doing one-armed ones instead.

from personal experience doing that makes your not be able to work out the next day cause your bodys too soar so i wouldnt recommend that i did that for a few months years ago, didnt notice any diffrence but when after i started doing the set i suggjested youl get tons of improvement
