If I understand right : speedhack will just make the game faster or slower ? and...what's the purpose ? Cheating in MP games ?

While i am speaking of "speed", does anyone know how to hack build speed in RTS games like C&C ??? I found some trainers but not working...

Not only multiplayer games. E.g think about games where you have to aim perfectly for something in a very short time. A slower speed can certainly help with that.
And if a game level is soo boring (and you are invulnerable) just crank up the speed and run through the level till the finish
